Quinceanera Dresses on the average sell for $350 to $500. Some can be bought for as little as $200 or as much as $990. Most fall between $250 and $500.

The Quinceanera Dress sizes at Exclusively Quinceanera are scaled toward a girl’s size from 4-24. Dresses can be specially ordered for size and color and take 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.

Along with her mother, Elizabeth, Phyllis is the former owner of Boulevard Fashions, which opened 36 years ago in 1975. Named after Park Boulevard, the shop sold bridal and special occasion prom dresses. She and her mother had run Boulevard Fashions for 30 years.
